Rules of Play & Booking Terms

 

Welcome to Dre Twt, where the fun never stops! Here’s what you need to know: 

    1. Children at Dre Twt need a responsible adult with them at all times. Stay inside the building and keep an eye on the little ones.
    2. We’ve got tons of cool stuff, but some of it has small parts. Children under 3? Keep them close! 
    3. Off with the shoes! Socks on, please. Forgot them? No worries, we’ve got socks for sale. 
    4. Accidents happen! Let us know if there’s a mess so we can clean it up pronto. 
    5. Buggies and prams stay out to keep the space tidy. You can park them in the hallway if needed. 
    6. We spruce up before you arrive, so doors open just 5 minutes before your session. It’s 75 minutes of playtime, then please head out so we can prep for the next group. 
    7. Safety first! While we aim for accident-free fun, let us know if anything goes amiss. 
    8. Kindness is key! Treat others and our stuff with respect. Don’t forget your belongings when you leave! 
    9. Munchies and sips stay in the seating area. Only Dre Twt snacks during playtime, please! 
    10. Be nice, don’t break stuff! We want everyone to enjoy Dre Twt, so please treat our equipment and space with care. If something accidentally gets damaged, let us know. But deliberate damage? That’s a no-go. If anyone, child or adult, intentionally damages Dre Twt property, they will be responsible for covering the costs of replacement. Let’s keep the play area in tip-top shape for everyone’s enjoyment! 
    11. Snapping pics? Keep it to your own children, and be mindful of others. No commercial use without approval from us! 
    12. Sick days are for staying home! Clear 48 hours before returning if you or your child isn’t feeling well. 
    13.  Cancelations For Dre Twt St Clears :- Bookings are like tickets to fun! Once you’ve reserved your spot at Dre Twt, it’s non-refundable, so make sure you’re ready to play. But life happens, right? If you need to switch things up, no worries! Just give us a heads-up at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Keep in mind, though, that your changed booking must be used within one month of your original booking date, and we can’t juggle bookings around too many times. Our schedule fills up fast, so availability isn’t guaranteed for last-minute changes. Oh, and one more thing: if you’re calling to switch, please do it during our operating hours. We can’t accept change requests via voicemail or social media messages when we’re closed. Thanks for understanding, and let’s keep the booking process smooth and hassle-free for everyone!.  Also, remember that Dre Twt ar y ffordd, our role-play pop-up, is separate. Tickets booked for Dre Twt St Clears cannot be transferred for pop-up events and vice versa.
    14. Cancellations and refunds for Role play Pop up events :-For the pop-up events, as we are required to book locations in advance and may not be back for some time, it is with regret that we are unable to make changes to cancellations for any tickets purchased. Once tickets are booked for a pop-up, we cannot refund. Should you need to cancel you can however transfer your ticket to a friend should you wish to 
    15. No bags within Dre Twt play room, Store them safely in our lockers upstairs for a coin. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or stolen items. 
    16. Know the rules! The person booking is in charge of spreading the word to everyone in their group.
