Role Play

How old can the children be to come to Dre Twt?

We are happy to accommodate children of any age if they will enjoy our space and be respectful of our environment.

I don’t want a party but would like to book Dre Twt for just me and our friends. Is that something I can do?

Yes we offer exclusive hire of Dre Twt play space only for exclusive hire. Just drop us an email for more details.

Do you offer school /nursery trips?

Yes we offer a range of packages for Nursery and School trips, just drop us a message for more information.

Someone is feeling unwell, what should I do?

Please do not attend.  Contact us as soon as possible via e-mail (see your booking confirmation email for details or use our contact form).  If you tell us before the time stated in our Terms and Conditions, we will rebook you onto another day. If you tell us after the time stated in the Terms and Conditions, we will try to sell your tickets on to another family; if successful we will give you a return visit voucher for a future visit.

I am trying to book, it shows that there is 1 space left but won’t allow me to book, why is this?

Our ‘spaces’ are allocated base on amount of bodies so one space will only allow for one person the adult also counts towards the head count. If you are booking with a friend you need to ensure there are enough spaces for every headcount attending.

Do I need to book to come?

Yes.  Our activity sessions sessions run at fixed times and are normally full. This means that advanced booking is essential. All bookings are taken on our webpage – we only accept telephone bookings in the last few hours before a session starts and this is subject to availability.

Messy Play

How old does a child need to be to come to messy play?

Your child should be able to sit unsupported or have good head control on their tummy. We use lots of edibles so if they are weaned thats great. There is no upper age limit but it is most suitable for preschoolers.

Is there a space to change my child after messy play?

During messy play we provide hand washing facilities, but we recommend bringing spare clothes or expect to leave mukky.

Is the upstairs space accessible for wheelchair users?

Unfortunately we have no stair lift or through floor lift at Dre Twt, the downstairs play area is absolutely usable for wheelchair users but upstairs would be difficult. We are very happy to consider any adjustments that would allow your child to participate in our sessions.

My child has allergies. Can they still come to messy play?

Before Messy play sessions we request you let us know in advance of any allergies and the sessions will be adjusted accordingly. Any allergies only declared on the day may be too late to accomodate due to the planning and purchasing of resources prior to the session.
